A young man holding the family’s kitten, who had passed away. Her coat pattern had to be exact.
One of her mugs was a young man holding a kitten. The family’s cat had passed away, so her coat pattern and pose had to match exactly. Another was a father with a baby, with soft hair and blush instead of eyebrows, at her request.
One parcel was held up on its way for weeks and arrived broken. We remade the mug straight away, didn’t charge for the broken one, and sent back the extra she had tried to pay.
When the family preferred the first version of some figures, we carefully moved them onto fresh mugs. She ended with a heartfelt thank-you for so much effort.
