How much does a personalised clay mug cost?

How much do extra figures and a matte finish cost?

Each extra figure is Rs 300, up to 8 figures on one mug. A matte finish is Rs 300 more than glossy. The product page shows the full price as you personalise.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, Rs 250 flat per order, anywhere in Pakistan. Online courses have no delivery fee unless your order also has a mug or a kit.

Ordering and design

How do I order a personalised mug?

Pick a mug type, then personalise it in three steps: names and figures, reference photos, and colour and finish. Add it to your cart and check out. We confirm every order on WhatsApp.

Can you make a mug from my photos?

Yes. Upload up to 5 reference photos when you personalise the mug. We sculpt the figures by hand from them: hair, clothes, glasses, a uniform or a pet's markings. Nothing is printed, so it is a handmade likeness, not a photo.

Will my mug look like my photos?

We sculpt from the photos and details you send, and we send you a photo of your finished mug before it is dispatched. Small changes are easiest before baking, so tell us early.

Do the figures have faces?

Our usual style is blank faces or figures seen from the back. Cartoon faces with eyes and a smile are possible on request: mention it in the figure details.

Can the names be in Urdu?

Yes. Names and short lines can be in English or Urdu. Short text looks neatest in clay; very long lines are hard to keep tidy at this size, so we may suggest a shorter version.

Can you put the design on both sides?

The design goes on one side. The mug is baked after the clay is attached, so we work on one face to support every piece while it sets.

Colours and finishes

What mug colours and finishes can I choose?

Glossy mugs come in white, black, yellow, dark green, brown. Matte mugs (+Rs 300) come in black, red, royal blue, dark green. The figures and lettering can be any clay colour you like.

Why are your mugs thicker than normal mugs?

Each mug is baked after the clay is attached so the figures set hard. The bake takes about an hour, and a slightly thicker mug is less likely to crack in that heat than a thin everyday one.

Delivery

How long does it take?

Every mug is made to order by hand in 7–10 days, then handed to a tracked courier. Delivery usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch, anywhere in Pakistan.

Which cities do you deliver to?

All over Pakistan, from our studio in Lahore: Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Sialkot, Gilgit and everywhere a courier reaches. Delivery is Rs 250 flat everywhere. We do not ship outside Pakistan.

I need it sooner. Can you rush it?

Sometimes. If your date is under 10 days away, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

How do I track my order?

Use the Track page with your order number and the mobile number you ordered with. We also send you the courier name and tracking number.

Payment

How can I pay?

Rs 500 advance by bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa and the rest in cash on delivery, or the full amount by bank transfer. Card payments are coming soon.

Why do you ask for an advance?

Every mug is made to order with your names and figures, so it cannot be sold to anyone else. The Rs 500 advance confirms the order before we start sculpting; the rest is paid in cash when the parcel arrives.

When do you start making my mug?

As soon as we verify your advance or payment. Upload your payment screenshot on your order page to speed this up.

Care

Can I put it in the microwave or dishwasher?

No. No microwave, no oven and no dishwasher. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, wiping gently around the figures.

Can I drink from it?

Yes. The figures sit on the outside of the mug. Wash it by hand afterwards and hold it by the handle.

What if it arrives broken?

Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will make you a free replacement.

Can I return a mug?

Every mug is personalised and made to order, so we cannot take returns. If anything worries you, contact us: we are always happy to help.

Bulk and corporate

Do you take bulk or corporate orders?

Yes: teams, events, weddings and corporate gifts. Send the quantity, your date and what you have in mind on the bulk orders page, and we will reply with options and honest timing.

How early should I enquire about a bulk order?

As early as you can. Every mug is sculpted by hand, so a large order needs more than the usual 7–10 days. Tell us your date in the enquiry and we will say honestly what is possible.

How do I get access to the online course?

Do I need experience for the course?

No. The masterclass starts from the basics and builds up step by step.
