From scam fear to a regular: three mugs, three occasions

She had just been scammed by another page. Three years later she is still ordering.
She had just been scammed by another online page, so she asked whether the mug would really look like the picture. We offered to send a photo before dispatch and to take cash on delivery.
It was for Mother’s Day, and she asked for delivery before the weekend. That week there was a nationwide disruption and we warned customers about delays, but her mug still arrived early.
She came back the next year for a “best sister” mug, asking for a small baby peeking over the girl’s shoulder because her sister is a mother too; we added it at no extra cost. The year after, it was an Umrah Mubarak mug with the Kaaba.
