What we collect

• Order details: your name, mobile number, city and delivery address, your email if you choose to give it, and notes you add.
• Personalisation: the names, text and figure details you type, and any reference photos you upload.
• Payment screenshots you upload on your order page.
• Bulk-order enquiries: the details you send through the enquiry form.

There are no customer accounts: you don’t need a password to order, and we don’t build a profile of you.

How we use it

• To make your mug, confirm your order on WhatsApp, deliver it and handle any replacement.
• To send order emails, only if you gave us an email address.
• To answer your enquiries.

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t use it for advertising.

Your photos

Reference photos and payment screenshots are stored privately. They are never published on the website and only our team can see them. When you upload a photo we re-encode it and remove hidden information such as the camera details and GPS location.

Photos of finished mugs may appear in our gallery and on social media. Customer names that are part of a mug’s design can be visible in those photos; we never name customers in our captions or stories. If you’d rather we didn’t share your mug, just tell us.

Who sees it

Our studio team, and the courier, who receives the name, phone number and address needed to deliver your parcel. Your order page uses a private link, and our tracking page shows only your first name, city and a masked phone number.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as we need them for the order, replacements and our accounts. Ask us and we’ll delete what we don’t need to keep.

Cookies

The website stores your cart in your own browser. We don’t use advertising cookies.

Your choices

You can ask us on WhatsApp what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it.
