How does a mug get from Lahore to Karachi?

Every mug is made to order in our Lahore studio: shaped by hand, baked so the clay sets, painted and packed in a foam-lined box. We send you a photo before it leaves, then hand it to a tracked courier and share the tracking number. The parcel then makes the long trip south, which usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch.

Delivery costs Rs 250, the same as anywhere in Pakistan. You can pay a Rs 500 advance and the rest in cash on delivery, or pay in full by bank transfer.

How early should I order for Karachi?

Count back from the day you need it: 7–10 days to make the mug, then usually 2–3 days with the courier on top. If your date is under 10 days away, message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it.

Short deadlines are where things go wrong. One Karachi customer ordered for her first engagement anniversary and needed the mug by Thursday. A public holiday was announced overnight and stopped dispatch for a day, so it arrived on Saturday instead. She still loved it and re-ordered within a month, and that second mug arrived early. Ordering a surprise for someone in Karachi

Many Karachi parcels are gifts sent from other cities. Use their address and phone number at checkout and add a gift note. If the gift is a surprise, paying in full by bank transfer means nothing is collected at their door.
