Handmade, made to order

Every mug is sculpted by hand for you, so small variations in shape, colour and detail are part of what makes it handmade. We work from the photos and details you send and share a photo of the finished mug before it is dispatched. Small changes are easiest before baking.

Prices and payment

  • Prices are in Pakistani rupees and shown on each product page. Your final price is confirmed when you place the order.
  • Delivery is a flat fee per order, shown at checkout. A course on its own has no delivery fee.
  • We start once your advance (or full payment) is verified. See payment.

Making and delivery times

Mugs usually take 7–10 days to make, then go to a courier, which usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates: couriers can be delayed by holidays, weather or closures outside our control. If you have a deadline under 10 days away, ask us on WhatsApp before ordering. Returns and replacements

If your mug arrives broken or damaged, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make you a free replacement. Because every item is personalised and made to order, we don’t accept returns, and there is no other warranty. See returns & warranty.

Care

Clay mugs need gentle care: no microwave, oven or dishwasher; hand wash with a soft sponge. Damage from misuse isn’t covered. See mug care.

Courses and supplies

Course access is personal to the buyer and is sent once payment is verified. Course materials are for your own learning and may not be shared or resold. Clay and tools are delivered like any other parcel.

Your designs and our photos

You confirm you have the right to use the photos you send us. We may photograph finished mugs for our gallery and social media, without naming you; tell us if you’d rather we didn’t.

Changes and cancellations

Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Once sculpting has started, we may not be able to cancel or refund the advance, because the mug is being made only for you.
