Personalised gifts in Lahore, from a Lahore studio

Quick answer
Do you deliver personalised gifts in Lahore?
Yes. Our studio is in Lahore, so your mug is made in the city it goes to. Each one is sculpted by hand in 7–10 days, then handed to a tracked courier, usually 2–3 days after dispatch, for the same Rs 250 flat fee as anywhere in Pakistan. Pay a Rs 500 advance and the rest in cash on delivery.

How does delivery in Lahore work?
You personalise the mug on the website, pay the Rs 500 advance (or the full amount by bank transfer) and upload the payment screenshot on your order page. We start sculpting as soon as the payment is verified. When your mug is finished we send you a photo, then hand it to a tracked courier and share the tracking number, which also shows on your order tracking page.
We work as an online studio, so every order is placed on the website or on WhatsApp and delivered to your door, from DHA to the Walled City.
Can I get a mug faster in Lahore?
Sometimes, and we never promise it in advance. Handmade work takes 7–10 days, and the clay has to be baked before a mug can travel. If your date is close, message us on WhatsApp before you order and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
One Lahore customer messaged on a Monday morning needing a mug by Wednesday. We said the next day was not possible but Wednesday was, worked through the night, and a rider delivered it in Lahore that evening, a day early. You can read the Monday order, Wednesday gift story. It is a story about one order, not a service we can offer every week.
Sending a gift to someone in Lahore
Many orders are gifts for someone else. Put their name, Lahore address and phone number at checkout, and add a short gift note when you personalise the mug: it goes in the box. If you want the surprise to be complete, pay the full amount by bank transfer so nothing is collected from them at the door.
Not sure which mug to choose? The gift finder asks three quick questions, or browse birthday gift mugs and couple mugs for anniversaries.
