Urdu or English, e.g. “Ammi & Abbu” or “Dr. Ayesha”. Short text looks neatest in clay.

Hair, clothes, glasses, profession, pets, pose. Prefer cartoon faces? Say so here.

Optional, but clear photos help us get faces, hair and outfits right.

Clear, front-facing photos help most. JPG, PNG, WebP or HEIC, up to 8 MB each. Only our team sees them.

  • Glossy or Matte (+Rs 300) finish, in 7 mug colours.
  • The design goes on one side: the mug is baked after the clay is attached.
  • Blank or back-view faces by default; cartoon faces on request.
  • We send you a photo of your mug before it is dispatched.

Care

No microwave, no oven, no dishwasher. Hand wash with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, wiping gently around the figures.

Baked polymer clay is durable with gentle care. Hold the mug by its handle and don’t stack things on it.

Made to order by hand in 7–10 days, then handed to the courier, usually 2–3 days after dispatch. Delivery is Rs 250 flat anywhere in Pakistan.

Returns & replacements

If your mug arrives broken or damaged, send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make you a free replacement.

Every mug is personalised and made to order, so we can’t take returns. If anything worries you, contact us: we’re always happy to help.

How long does a mug take?

Every mug is made to order by hand in 7–10 days, then posted; the courier usually takes 2–3 days after dispatch. Delivery is Rs 250 flat anywhere in Pakistan.

Will it look like my photos?

We sculpt from the photos and details you send, and we share a photo of your mug before it is dispatched so you can see it first.

Can I use it every day?

Yes, with gentle care: hand wash with a soft sponge. No microwave, oven or dishwasher, because heat and harsh washing can loosen the clay.

What if it arrives broken?

Send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery and we will make you a free replacement.
