Her first mug arrived broken. The replacement didn’t, and she came back for her fiancé.
Her first mug, a single initial decorated with black flowers on a peach mug, arrived broken. We apologised and promised a replacement.
The new mug took about two weeks. When it arrived intact, she wrote in capitals that it was NOT broken.
Two years later she came back to order a gift for her fiancé.
