Two cricket mugs, one broken handle, no return needed

One handle broke on the way. A new mug went out within days, with no need to send the old one back.
Her first message was “this is absolutely sick!!”. She ordered two matching mugs with a cricket-star miniature, to Sialkot.
One arrived with a broken handle. We apologised, took responsibility and promised a new mug within days, and told her there was no need to return the broken one.
Twelve days later she messaged just to thank us again.
“They're great in person.”
“Just wanna thank and appreciate you for both your cooperation and service again!”
