Absolutely — customisation is our favourite part. Share a theme, colours, a name or a message and we’ll sculpt it by hand. Send any reference photos in your DM and we’ll suggest a concept before we begin.
Ready pieces ship within 2–3 working days. Custom orders are usually ready in 7–10 days depending on detail and our current queue. Need it sooner? Tell us your date and we’ll do our best.
Mugs typically range from PKR 1,800 to PKR 3,200, and accessories from around PKR 480. Highly detailed custom and bridal pieces are quoted individually. You’ll always get a clear price before we start — no surprises.
Yes — we ship nationwide via trusted couriers, carefully packed to arrive safely. Local pickup can also be arranged. Delivery is a flat PKR 250, confirmed at checkout or in your DM.
Hand wash gently with mild soap, avoid harsh scrubbing, and keep mugs out of the microwave and dishwasher. Treated kindly, your polymer clay art will stay beautiful for years.
Yes! We love bridal favours, corporate gifts and event sets. Bulk orders get a friendly rate — message us with quantities and your timeline and we’ll put a package together.
Because pieces are handmade and often personalised, we don’t accept returns on custom work. If anything arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we’ll repair or remake it — your happiness matters to us.
